PAYMENT:
At the time of booking, the guest will pay a sum equal to 30% of the total amount by bank transfer (send a copy by fax to +39 0577 669742). Cancellations provides the repayment of the advance / security deposit be made at least 15 days before check-in. The balance payment will be made in the structure.
METHOD ARRIVAL:
On arrival guests are required to present at the Reception the identity card or passport for registration, as required by law. In addition, the guest must leave at the reception a deposit of 30% of the total. This deposit will be returned on departure after deduction of expenses for any damage caused.
